160days, 12hours, 11minutes & 47seconds until....

...I see Radiohead, Kings of Leon et al at the All Points West festival across the Hudson River in Jersey City!!

Whooooooo hoooooo!!!

So excited, I bought tickets as soon as they went on sale today. I love music festivals (well, except for the bathroom situation. Ugh). I was thwarted in my attempt to go to Austin City Limits a few years ago by Hurricane Bloody Rita!!

Must calm down, it's not 'til August 9th. Meanwhile, here's one of my fave Radiohead songs for your enjoyment.

Have a brill weekend!!

  3. Hi Sassy, I love early Radiohead, it's fantastic stuff. I kind of zoned out after OK Computer, but the new album reignited my excitement.

Hi Leslie, you're funny. I shall make you a 'Best of' Radiohead CD ;-)

  4. OMG he look uncannily like Clay Aitken!! lol! Doesn't he?
I do love that song, I didn't watch last night because I was off to bed.

I haven't really seen him since the early pre-clay days so I never thought of their similarity. Maybe they are brothers ;)

  8. Sassy, it is VERY unsettling. There are bloody buses in New York at the moment with Clay's face on them - he's in Spamalot - so I shall have a constant reminder.

Jimmy, I appreciate you stopping by, but PLEASE do not encourage Sassy any further. I'm feeling very perturbed by all this ;-)

  14. Hi Artful, yes Kings of Leon are great. They seem to be a little under appreciated in the US, but in the UK they are huge!!
